HRWF Nepal is financed by the membership fees, donations, fund raising programs, Grants and aids, Publication sales etc. Finance committee and Bank account of HRWF Nepal is run according to the provision in the HRWF Nepal Statute. All financial decisions are made by Finance Committee. Finance Committee is chaired by Treasurer and Chairman. General Secretary and Project Accountant are members. General Assembly of HRWF Nepal appoints registered auditor for the period of one fiscal year. Accounts are audited and report is submitted to the concern authorities. The organization stresses transparency in every sphere of its work.
